How do I know that I have picked out the right materials?
Bruce will not buy or install any product that is defected.
If there is a problem about your project while the customer is working what happens?
Don't worry! Bruce will always call you on the phone and tell you about the problem and give you your options of what to do.
What happens if I'm not home yet and the workers are done for the day?
Bruce will make sure that your home is secure at all times.
What happens if the workers go for lunch and nobody’s home?
Bruce will always lock up or leave a person on the job.
How do I know that my home will be some what clean each day when I get home?
Bruce always cleans inside and outside daily.
Will I be happy while my project is getting done?
This is a friendly service and we want to keep the customer smiling every time
they come home.
What happens if the customer can't pick up the materials like we planned?
No problem! A $25.00 charge will be added for Bruce’s time and gas.
Does the contractor come when ever he wants?
No! We are there everyday until the job is completed and we start at 8:00 in the morning unless we had to pick up some materials for the job.
What if the customer has a question while they are working during the day or at home in the evening?
Bruce will always give you his cell, home and business phone numbers and
get right back to you.
How do I know that Bruce will do a great job?
Bruce will give a list of references in the community and what kind of services were done that will be attached to your estimate.
Do we sign a contract?
Yes, all contracts will have detail of project, start and completion dates, payment plan and a signed copy for the contractor and the customer.
